majano or not?

Can anyone help me id this? I have been told on my local board that this is majano, but it doesn't look like any picture I have found on google. I don't want to kill it if it isn't harmful. But if it is I need to remove it ASAP.

Nevermind I found a site that shows them good and it is definitely a majano. Any removal ideas? So far I just have the one.

It sure is with bubble under it. both are real pests.
