changing to diff mh bulb

Right now I have 2 x 250 mh 15,000. they are about 10 months old.
I am thinking about changing them out for a 10k or 20k because my sps
don't seem to like them.
I do weekly water changes.
Water tests are all in the good range
Have alternating current on them.
Which would be best for them the 10 or 20?
tank is 120 gal, 24 inch deep, hood is about 12 in tall

the ballast is aro.
from what I've read on here the 10K should have the best growth.
What brands other xm do you guys like?

I always used ushio 10k until the last bulb change when I went to icecaps bulbs because of price. I use icecap ballasts(250w).
