Mysis. They're great at capturing and eating small particles.

They will also eat small krill, small pieces of squid (~pencil eraser size), shrimp, silversides (though some people report problems with this food), and fresh salmon. I prefer to feed all food items in a few small pieces rather than a large chunk.
