If I get a 1inch diameter pipe for my plumbing, what kind of bulkhead do I need? What size?

Not sure the question. If you want to use 1" pipe you'll want a 1" bulkhead. although if you're asking what size the hole needs to be to accept a 1" bulkhead it's going to vary from bulkhead to bulkhead. if you know the brand of the bulkhead we might be able to let you know what size.

As far as hole sizes, I don't think we need a brand so much as whether you plan to use sch40 or sch80 bulkheads.
