Are you raising the spawns? Have you checked parameters? Do you have any information that could possibly help?

Are you sure that they were a spawning pair?
When you bought them and moved them to your tank you -- for lack of a better word -- upset them. Not surprised that they haven't started back up yet.

... what do you mean by parameters...
Water parameters. Ammonia, nitrates, etc.

LFS guy is correct and as Todd said above the move has upset them.
What I'd like to know is....
What size tank did they come from, with how many and what other fish?
What size tank are they in now, with how many and what other fish?
If the situations are similar, just give them time. However, if they went from a 75g by themselves to a 30g with other fish...They may never breed again.
We need a bit more info.

The female is doing the twitch? What and how much are you feeding?

I think they are just getting comfortable with their new home, give them time and they should start spawning again.

Could you be confusing male for female?
Smaller male normally does the twitch, though female may wiggle around him a bit, his is more of a spazzy twitch.
I wouldn't sweat it, new tank/territory.

nope the female is quite larger than the male and they are both doing it.. do you think i should put something in the tank for them 2 lay the eggs on??

Why if they aren't spawning?
I'd chill out and leave them alone, let them get used to tank, 2 mo is nothing.
Not sure why you would be bothered by this unless you are set up and ready for breeding them in a hurry.

I might upgrade their diet, but two months isn't very long in terms of acclimating fish. Mostly, I'd wait.

i dont know why they are doing the twitch?? i was hoping someone would know here.. and its been 2 months since they spawned.. they use to do it every 10 days so im a little concerned bc this is why i purchased them

what do you recmd to upgrade them to?

Well, if you're interested in raising the fry, I'd feed a varied diet of frozen foods. I might put some whole shrimp minus the shell from the head, whole oysters, clams, fish, etc, or some subset into the blender, and feed that, perhaps with some Selcon added. Other good foods include mysid shrimp and Cyclop-Eeze. Many of the prepared frozen foods likely are a good starting point, for that matter. The feeding could put quite a burden on the filtration, though, so you need to consider what else is in the tank.

I suggest upgrading their diet as well. Shrimp, tuna, clam, squid, and other seafoods from your grocery store work well. Just blend or chop them up finely, and feed it to them with a turkey baster. You can chop it all up and freeze the mixture. I freeze it into thin sheets in a baggie and just break off a piece when I want to feed them.

the twitch is a show of dominance. The male is essentially saying ok ok i get it youre the boss like we all end up doing. Are you aware of how much work it is in raising the fry?

Kinda, but actually it's done by the male as a sign of submission.
I also hope you are aware of prep for breeding.
Foods heavy in protein can help as suggested in encouraging spawning.
I was under the impression you just got these not long ago, reason for saying let them ease into new tank.
Sometimes the female wiggles back pretty good, usually different from males twitch, but w/out vid we can only guess, but either way I wouldn't sweat it.
I suggest you check clown/nem forum, as well as breeding forum.
