I have a maroon clown in my 75g now. I'm setting up a new 125g. Can I put a bigger maroon in the 125 and introduce the other maroon later and have a breeding pair?

It would be better to introduce a smaller maroon. The maroon you already have may have already become a female. Introducing a smaller, juvenile clown will decrease the likelihood of your clown rejecting it and possibly killing it.

Thanks for the info. I will try that after the new tank cycles.

smaller is the way to go. When a clown is by itself for a period of time it will probably become female, one about half its size would be good.
