I upgraded from 4.00 7c09 that came originally with the unit last August to 4.03 6a10.

The upgrade itself went fine - no glitches or errors.

However, I am only able to see graphs for 2 of the 5 items being tracked.

I confimed that I have data for all 5 - but can only graph 2 of the 5.

And for the 2 I can graph (amp reading for the 2 EB8s) - the graphs are a day behind (so today is the 31st, and I can only graph for the 30th and earlier).

I am unable to show graphs for temp, PH, or ORP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

That's a known issue. v4.04 has come out of beta and is now a general release. The graphing is significantly improved - I recommend you upgrade to 4.04 (available on the Neptune web site)

Figures...since I just downloaded the most current firmware upgrades about a week ago in prep for making time to string a network cable between my house router and base unit to upgrade....

Guess I need to roll that cable back out... :)

Man I wish there was a way to get e-mails about this stuff vs hearing about it randomly later on in the forum. :-( Russ maybe you could help Neptune create an e-mail list with all your tech savvy knowledge. :-)

Where can the general release be found for download?

You can always get the latest production releases at Neptune's web site under "support" then "downloads".

Beta releases are announced and linked here by user "clp".
