New Angel in QT

I have a beautiful angel in QT that had been treated with cupramine at the store and came to me eating brine. I have her in qt and found she also likes clams and nibbled a bit at nori. I noticed her gills looked a little pink and maybe inflamed and I saw her twitch a couple of times(not alot like I have seen with other angels) I started prazi last night and today she won't eat. Should I run carbon and remove the prazi? Maybe I should have treated with paraguard? Any suggestions

Is the QT cycled?

Yes its a mature tank. I started running carbon. She comes out as if interested in the food now but just spits it out.

Try soaking the food in garlic - it may just entice the fish enough to eat it. If that doesn't work, try some live brine with some more nutritious frozen food mixed in.
