I upgraded to 4.04 yesterday. System is working fine, but I can't get any graphs. The status bar for IE8 says "errors on the page". I've reset my PC and the Apex with no change. Any ideas?

Did you perform the webpage update as well? If so, did it complete successfully?

X2 on Todd's suggestion.

What browser are you running? Try compatibility mode if it has one.

I did successfully update the webpages. I'm at work now and graphing works from here--also on IE8. Must be something funny on my home PC--both are Win 7. I think I'll try clearing the cache when I get home.

Got graphiing to work at home by using compatability mode. Not quite sure why it worked on my work laptop IE8 normally and required compatability mode on my home pc IE8, but it is working.

I don't know either but weird things can happen with IE and compatibility mode fixes a lot of them! Might check 64 bit vs. 32 bit and or the versions of Flash installed. Could be different between the two machines. Could also try Firefox on both machines if you wanted and eliminate IE.

I can add another data point of sorts. Prior to the release of 4.04, I was using Ken's Tankmanager2 utility to display graphs. It uses the same graphing library as 4.04. At the office on IE8, it worked fine. At home on IE7 it would not display. I realize the OP is using IE8 at both locations, but apparently there are some issues with the graphing library. I have pointed out a few other issues in the 4.04 release thread.

Interesting. I chased a similar problem with my Blackberry. It wouldn't display the chart within TankManager2 with the BB browser. Worked fine with Opera or the original TankManager.

Wound up being that one of the Ajax utilities used by TankManager2 called 'highcharts' isn't supported by the BB browser. It's a java script open source tool.

I also have Chrome installed on my system and graphs works fine with it.

I had the same problem with IE8 here. I deleted the browser temp files and all is working now.
