I have a 90 gallon tank 25 inch depth. Attached is the information of my 4X54W T5's bulbs having X2 SUN WAVE and X2 SUPERBLUE 460. The brand of my spectrum is Wave Point. Is this enough? I am hosting Anemones and LFS and maybe SPS? How can I get the PAR number out of the information in the attached picture? Thanks!

I would start with a combo of x2 sunwave and x2 bluewave. The Bluewave bulbs are similiar to a ATI Blue+ in spectrum I believe and should provide good PAR. A Superblue bulb is actinic and won't provide much in the way of PAR.
You could also send an email to the wavepoint folks for their recommendation. I did that and they were quick to respond. For my situation with a 3 bulb T5 setup they recommended 2x Sunwave and 1x Coralwave. I still have the Coralwave, but have since substituted it for a Bluewave as I preferred the overall look.

Grim has a lot of T5 answers. Below thread is old, but does show Par numbers per bulb

You can also check LFS or local club to see about renting a Par meter from them for yourself.
