I have a couple of extra tubes. Or you can just use any super glue gel that you can pick up anywhere.

I usually get the dollar store 3-pack of superglue gel. Can't go wrong for the price!

The Time Machine (http://www.timemachinehobby.com/) in Manchester
Cultured Aquatic Life (http://www.culturedaquaticlife.com/products/dry_goods/glue/glue_selection.shtml) also carries it

+1 from the dollar store. used it to place my frogspawn and the rock wasn't even dry fully when applied and it's held excellently

and I can't speak on Icy Gel, but you only need a literal drop of it to hold stuff in place :) and if you're not too careful you can get a nice cheap chemical peel when it tears off your first layer of skin :)
