bicolor blenny

How long does it take a blenny to acclimate to it new environment. My Bicolor and YWG are in QT and the YWG looks good and is only a little edgy when you come near the tank. The blenny on the other hand dose not like moving. He is breathing rabidly and i put some macro and GHA infront of him and he just looked at it, he is also not trying to hide and is just sitting out in the open. He does have some color loss but i am guessing that is do to the shipping of him.

Is this normal or is he in trouble?
