Not sure but should I be concerned about literally 100's of white bugs crawling all over my live rock? They don't seem to mind the light either.

Tank is only 3 months old

Sounds like pods to me which is great news.

I just started getting mine like 2 weeks ago and my fish are pretty happy about it. I just hope the don't eat them all

Thats usually a good sign that those would be amphipods. Fish food if you ask me, mandarins, gobies, scooter dragonets, dottybacks, sea horses, you name it will eat them. Cherish them as some people have to stock their tanks with them so their hard to feed fish (such as mandarins and scooter dragonets) don't starve. I actually bulked my population up today and yesterday with tigger pods and reef bugs. They are totally harmless as long as they aren't cirolanid(sp.) isopods.

You could be seeing amphipods, copepods, or isopods, as some of the more common possibilities. They do make good fish food. :) This article might help:

I have tons of them in my system and my fish love them. Great thing to have.

What fish eat them? I have two clown fish and a yellow tang in my 75 gallon tank.

Any fish that is small enough to be able to nab them, pretty much.
