My girl wants to put a baby snook she was given into my 225g FO. I have a bunch of assorted Tangs, Angels, Clowns, a Trigger, Puffer, and a few other fish..
Good Idea? Or not?
Thanks!

They are predators. I picture chaos in your tank. I'd say pass.

I think they are illegal to poses but I am not 100% certain. There are 4 distinct variations of the common Snook, the only one that would fare well in captivity in my opinion would be the Swordspine snook because of their small size. A common snook would wreck your tank within a year.

+1 Most likely illegal to posses. And they would eat everything. Would be cool though.

I did not know it was illegal. I will go back into the bay. And NO not cool :blown:
...Especially if it kills or tears up my other livestock....!!
