I'm getting ready to calibrate the pH probe in my Ca reactor and there seems to be some discrepancy as to what levels I should calibrate it to. I know somewhere I read or was told to calibrate it around the 6's, but others are saying to use 7 and 10 solutions just like the one in my sump.
I'm going to use my APEX to control the reactor, so I'm curious what levels I need and if anybody running a Ca reactor on a APEX, what program u use to control your reactor?

I use the #4 and #7 solution for calibrating the PH probe in the reactor. I do this because the Ph I am looking for in my reactor is 6.7 and that falls inbetween the #4 and #7.

Thanks for confirming what I thought to be the case.

Out of curiosity though. If it's calibrated using 7 and 10, isn't it still calibrated and will read pH levels below 7 accurately?

Great. Thanks for the info.
