I found those on a dead birdnest and on a white spot of an acro frag

Kinda of looks like redbugs to me, but hard to tell by the pictures. Do a google search and see what you think. Regardless that should not have wiped out your sps.

Could there be red bugs on a birdnest?

ok, first pick are red planaria flatworms. they arnt what killed your coral. Either the birdsnest died because alk swing parameters were off, it was an unhealthy piece. and the second coral looks to be a wild one so i would say that one died off on its own : / i dont see any red bugs the dots are to big and redbugs would have to invest a coral for it to kill it.

I just red that red planaria are photosynthetic, I had no light on my thank for about 3 days, maybe the red planaria died and release a toxine that had damage the tissue?

I'm using b-ionic with dosing pump to keep my alk stable, I will test it this evening to see if something has gone wrong. The birdnest never seemed to be doing very well since day one in my tank, maybe I haven't been careful enough with lightning during acclimatation. I will correct that for the next frag...
