i wanna get a pair of twin spot gobies. Can you just buy two of them and hope they pair..or do you have to buy them as a pair? I'm assuming its the latter.

A very difficult fish to maintain especially in a smallish tank.

any suggestions then on a sand sifter that would sift my sand better. I already have large nassarius snails and a fighting conch. But I need more turnover. My sandbed always has a haze of brown on it. I'm still striving to fight it with husbandry, but another helper would be appreciated
I also have tons of bubbles trapped in the sandbed

I don't know a thing about them but the sticky at the top of this forum says this in case you aren't already aware:
Twinspot Goby (Signogobius ocellatus): Terrible survival rates in captivity, rarely accept prepared foods or survive long even when they do
