I would like to see some crammed packed pics of equipment under your tanks. How do you get sumps, top off containers, calcium reactors or dosing equipment, media reactors all under these little spaces. I would like to see pictures to get ideas.

The Nextreef Reactor has gone and has been replaced by a BRS reactor, you can see in this picture.

The orange bucket isn't normally there; you caught me doing a water change. Oh, didn't see you wanted pictures of crammed stands. I guess mine isn't really that crowded, but oh well.

Shaggss, very well thought-out! What is that device on your return line, just below the blue-handled valve?

noahm, what kind of light is that over your macroalgae?

Thanks !

Its a skimmer that was recommended to me by a LFS when i was first starting out, it has worked great for me! Its powered by an air pump that makes the bubbles through an airstone. I have been contemplating on re-doing my sump and upgrading my skimmer.

IWTF - thanks!

It is a check valve. It is not really needed though and yes I do have lots of room in my sump should it fail!

To accomodate my needs for space, I'll be having a 60" x 24" x 30 or 36" tall stand for my 75g (48"x18") tank. But I'll also have a 75g as a sump underneath. I want extra room for odds and ends like top off bucket, reactors and whatever else I may decide I need later! It should look fine. Only 6" of extra stand on either side of the tank. If people focus in on that, then something is wrong w/my tank!

Shaggs has always been one of my favorite smaller setups on this site since I saw it from the start!!! Well planned.

I can't remember where I found this from but this is another incredible sump!!

Korrine, I've been wondering about this, but forgot to ask you: how are you going to work having a 75g sump underneath a 75 g display tank, and still have vertical supports beneath the four corners of the display tank? I wish I could have a 75g sump under my 75g display, but had to settle for a 40 breeder because of the support issue.

Pic is a bit outdated at this point.

Cheato and LR and light added to complete the fuge
ATO resevoir is around the corner in the next room.
American DJ switches moved to outside the stand for easier access
BRS dual reactor added, hung from top support above the fuge

My 90's sump. Chiller through wall behind tank into garage. Two reactors just out of sight behind the center post of cabinet.

Not as nice to look at like others in this post but it has been very effective.
