I've pretty much decided on the Deltec MCE600 hang on skimmer, but I was wondering if there is any other HOB skimmer along the same line as this but less cost? I did have a Reef Octopus BH 800 with a Sicce psk 2500 pump which worked really well for my tank. After having an issue with me being on vacation and not being able to top off water, I need another skimmer. Lol. For now I am using a little Coralife 65. I'm not sure if the MCE600 works that much better than the reef octo bh800 to warrant the extra cost. Any recommendations?
