Two questions about these recipes:

http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-02/rhf/index.php

http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/april2004/chem.htm

1) These solutions are good to elevate the levels or just to maintain the levels by adding them on a daily basis?

2) What is the dosage?
For example in recipe # 1,what is the dosage for the calcuim additive,(1 gallon container with 37000 ppm calcium)?
( ) ml per ( ) will raise levels by about ( )mg.

Thanks.

Bertoni, I'm impressed to seem to be spot on often. When can we see pics of your tank?

I had to shut down my last tank a year ago because of a heavy business travel schedule. :( I think I'll start up a 29g system again in a month or so. :)
