would this be too heavy for the overflow box? i didnt want to go the flextubing route. has anyone used pvc for the cpr cs overflow?

Bulkheads and similar fittings should never be used to support plumbing. The plumbing needs to be supported by other means.

Also, I would be amazed if that pipe drains quietly into the sump. Depending on flow it is likely going to flush and gurgle a lot.

Simply strapping that plumbing to the back of a stand will support that setup sufficiently.

Thanks for the input. If i cant strap it then i would have to buy the flex tubing. they are pretty darn expensive, 10 bucks for 4 ft. I did run water through the overflow and it drained very quiet, but im new to the hobby so i do not know very much about plumbing. this is my 1st sump build so any help would be great!
