Can i put two different colors of these species next to each other and will they grow together? or if not together, not disturb the other? Like putting an orange and green riccordea frag right next to each other

I haven't had any issues mixing corals of the same species. I do it all the time. If you go to a LFS, sometimes there frags already come mixed. I put my Rics of different colors together all the time. When it comes to mushrooms though, they all don't necessary like the same flow and lighting so my mushrooms are located in a different area of the tank then my Rics due to environmental requirements.

i've had ricordea sting zoas and zoas that stung discosoma mushrooms in the past. just to play it safe I dont mix them myself however they do eventually grow together.

I thought this is more specific to same species mixing such as mushrooms with each other and zoas with each other not so much mixing the zoas and mushrooms
