looks like a slimer

a. yongei or a. floridia. hard to tell until it gets larger and shows its true growth form and Im not psoitive I am correct in what makes the difference

but I *think* i know as I have large colonies of both. Who knows...Im probably wrong on which is which

Slimer, A yongei was my first impression as well. Fast grower under the right conditions.

Make sure you give it very good surging flow to bring out its true physical characteristics. It looks like it was maintained in poor flow which causes thin branches and blunt, un-identifiable coralites. Very nice coral though, great color!

definetly a slimer it looks identical to mine. im not really a fan of slimers, for some reason the colonies just get so messy when they get bigger.
