What is the best pump for MY 125

hey guys.. i have a 125 gal that i need to set up and i need a pump. i have a 50 gal sump in the basement and that is where the pump will go. so i need a pump that will be able to handle 12-14 ft of overhead.

please let me know what you are using or what you have used in the past.

Internal or external? If external, a panworld PX100 might do the trick.
