this is just a test run to see how the overflow is working. i'd like it to evenly overflow around all the edges but it doesnt seem like there is enough water flow to do so. if anyone has any ideas on how to get this to work chime in!

Are you getting level ground from it sitting in the sink? Would it make a difference with it sitting on something more level? I love the concept and pictures.

are you sure about the dimensions? that looks like it is a lot bigger then 6" cube...

but i absolutely love it...it looks almost like a block of suspended water, the ripples on the outside kinda make it look like a block of ice...

as for the even flow, make sure it is dead level and the flow has to be fairly low, you dont want to create ripples in the surface as that will raise the water level where the ripples are and it will flow more to the ripples...if that makes any sense ( the height of the ripple will be higher then the level water and create funny overflowing)

yes you raise a good point, i also think possibley when i bent the acrylic the corners raised up a little bit from the flex. i need to find a way to flaten it iff with out making it look like crap. and yes the dimentions are actually 6wx6lx5h inch shorter then i thought it was.
