Hi there. I just thought that I would post the amount of Seachem Reef Salt (the pink bucket) that I use to bring 5 gallons of RO/DI water from a BRS 5 stage system to 35 ppt or 1.0264. Using a kitchen scale, I measure 790 grams of Seachem Reef Salt for every five gallons of water. FYI, five gallons of water in a five gallon bucket is when the water level reaches the top of the second ring that can be seen from the inside (I'm using Ace buckets). Lastly, it is important to note that I shake/mix the salt bucket before measuring it out. Hope this helps.
