HOB Fuge or Sump

I was wondering if it would be better to add a HOB Fuge to my 30g cube or use a HOB overflow and add a sump? Why would you go with one over the other? Thanks

I would add the overflow "or better yet drill the tank" tand the sump, the reason is it adds to the volume of your tank making it more stable but also allows more room and option for equipment and a larger fuge.
