Best lighting

Hello fellows,

I have been out of the hobby for the last 5 years and I am looking to set up a fowler in the next couple of months. Just wonderig what is the best lighting for a a fowler that is that is 20" inches deep these days. This will be for a 100 gallon tank.

ARe you always going to keep it a FOWLR or you going to eventually add corals?
