My IO bucket is running low. I can get more for really cheap, or spend about $10 more for red sea coral pro. I didn't see much searching on the subject. Is it worth the extra $ ?

I recently switched to reef crystals and can honestly say I can see a huge difference allready in only 1 month of use.

Fish only tank or reef?
If it's fish only then IO is OK but if it's reef and you care your inhabitants then I'd
splash out for DD H20 Pro. Alot of people move onto DD after using Red Sea for a while.

It's a fish/reef tank

well, how much reef vs fish? a couple softies? or are you talking SPS/LPS?
if SPS/LPS, I'd go with the reef crystals or coral pro.

I think you can pass with IO, but your LPS would appreciate the nicer salt. It's not much more money at all. (only $5 or so when comparing the 200 gallon boxes)

agreed, the 200g boxes of reef crystals might work out to be a better bet for you.
