Are ice cap bulbs any good?

Cause I went go reef geek because I was looking for new t5 bulbs and there on sale for like 10 bucks

Or should I just but ati or uvl bulbs?

IceCap closed down. I bought two 250w DE 20k bulbs in October 2010. One of them burned out in 6 weeks.

They are not bad but there are better bulbs on the market but for $10 well that's a different story :D
