Wave Box Intervals

I was wondering for those of you running T. wave boxes if you run them 24/7 or with the light sensor.

My tank is new and does not have much coral so I will just say that currently I have the light sensor on but I am waiting until I stock the tank to try both ways to see what the corals prefer. I am also considering having my closed loop run on the opposite schedule as the wavebox to further alternate flow patterns.
