Is this HILLE??

I was wondering what you all thought this was. I hope it's not hole in the head. it is right where his left nostril is at. The area is larger than the right. It is about a 4 to 4.5 inch emperor in my 180 reef. Water quality is great and he is fed Spectrum, PE Mysis, Formula 2, and ocean nutrition marine algae sheet w/ garlic. He also gets plenty of light. I do run carbon. Any advice.

It's very small and his color looks great no lateral line at all?

Hard to tell with the pictures. From what I am seeing or not seeing it looks fine.

yea i know it's really hard to get a picture of it if you look at the first picture to the right of his eye you will see what i'm talking about. Is it ever common for one nostril to be larger than the other. Maybe i should start using that selcon stuff not sure what it is?

If it is HLLE it usually will show up in the Tangs before the Angels.

Yea the tangs are fine. No signs of anything.
