Been looking for one locally for a while now but the second this big guy showed up on divers den I had to snatch him up!

that's a nice fish. they can be pretty aggressive.

Can't wait for tomorrow morning for this big guy to come in! Spent the evening jump-proofing my tank since my canopy didn't have a real top. Amazing what you can make look good with egg crate and zip ties!

Thalassoma quinquevittatum which is also called the Pinkface wrasse. It is a fully mature adult male at 5" long.

Well, the fish got here but the bag was leaking and there was only a little bit of COLD water left. He got a very short acclimation and went into the display. Took about 40 minutes but he seems to be swimming a round a bit now and exploring. I'm sure everything will be ok!

great looking wrasse! i have a lutescens and there really a fun fish to watch! powerful swimmers!!:fun2:
