How much ALK at once

I'm new to two part dosing. Just got my supply of recipe 1 from BRS. My ALK is low at 5 dkh. The reef calculator is saying I need to add 500ml or 17 ounces to bring my dkh up to 9.

I need to get my levels up and then maintain so how much ALK can I add at one time to my sump and how many days should I spread this out over? Current tank is roughly 200 gallons total water.

Also the same for Mag. I'm low at 1200 and want to bump to 1400. Not sure how many ml or ounces to safely add at one time.

Try the reef chemistry forum there are some people in there that know their stuff. I think you can safely bring it up no more than 1 dkh per day but check with the chemistry guys to make sure.
