I bought 100 regents bag of Alk and I read the news they change all the regents to liquid for free, I called them and they asked for reciept and place I bought. I did proved for all information that they request. After that a week I did call Kimberly (marketing) She said it ready send out and she told me I will be in couple days. After a week and other weeks I did not recieved replacement. I am tire of keep calling to ask for replacement. I did buy and paid for it I am not ask for free. When their product recall they support send to us for replacement not keep calling to get their free product.

Hello Kevin,
We did send two upgrade kits to you on 12/13, to replace the HI 755 and HI 755-25 reagents that you purchased from one of our distributors. The tracking number I have indicates that they were delivered to you on 12/21. If you have not received this shipment please let me know so that I may start a UPS inquiry.

Regarding the 100 reagents you purchased - you purchased the HI 93755-01. This is the freshwater alkalinity reagent for our bench top photometer, and is not and never was advertised by us for the HI 755 Marine Alkalinity Checker.

In an effort to be accommodating, we decided that even though this item is not covered by the upgrade, we would send a free bottle of liquid reagent. However, we are currently back ordered on the HI 755-26. We plan on sending out the bottle of reagent to you when we have them back in stock.

Thank you,
Hanna Instruments

Thanks to let me know. I did not know that is not for Hanna checker test.
I bought at Eseasongear.com. When I bought it they did not said that is not work for Hanna checker.
Now it said: HANNA HI 93755-01 Reagent, 100 Tests - Alkalinity - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *** Warning! This reagent will not work for the HI 755 Alkalinity Checker! *** Please buy the HI 755-26 for the HI 755 Alkalinity Checker!
What would I do?.
