I have a 72g bowfront that has 4 X T12 VHO bulbs driven by 2 X Icecap ballasts.

Currently just finished cycle, and will be added a cuc soon.

It has 2 X Super Actinic White and 2 X Super Actinic Blue at the moment.
I want to replace these, as I do not know the age of the bulbs.
Should I get the same bulbs in the same amounts?
Are some manufacturers better than others?

Once new bulbs are in, what kind of lighting schedule should I use?

Thanks in advance!

Also, where would be the best place to get them?

I have 2 actinic white, 1 super actinic and 1 454 on my 90. I would try one of the 454's they are much brighter than the super actinic and add a lot of pop to the colors of your corals.
