My water can (rubbermaid trashbin) sits right in front of the clothes dryer exaust. I have an airpump right above the can the aerates the newly-brewed saltwater. The water smells like dryer sheets :thumbdown. I'm going to relocate my "water treatment facility" to another location, but I was wondering if the water in the can (about 30 gallons) could be considered safe to use in a reef system, or should I dump it out? Thanks for any advice!
