it is about the size of an eraser on a pencil and is clear in color with sparkles.

do you think it is good or bad, it only opens when lights are off

It appears to be a Pseudocorynactis or ball anemone. Harmless little guys that are usually found in the darker spots on the rocks.

Seems like you've got a couple. Just monitor them and if there is trouble caused, then you know what to do....
