Open brain receding from bottom. pics

So i added this brain 2 months ago and it has been doing great in this one spot. then i added a powerhead and it looked like it was bothering the brain with too much flow so i moved it to another spot. it didnt like that spot either so i just turned off the powerhead. then a few days later i noticed it looking like this. any ideas? i moved it back to the original spot that it liked but i think its slightly getting worse still. all water parameters are in check and all my other coral are doing great except this frogspawn that recently died.but i have probably 20 other corals doing great.

You can try a dip. I personaly use ReVive coral cleaner on my lps. It doesn't seem to be as harsh as iodine. The most agressive i've gotten with cleaning an lps involves using a water pick and medicated solution to blast off nerotic tissue. As long as the mouth or a few polyps are viable you can do this. I have 40%-50% success rate with the water pick but, it's a last resort.
