GFO Reactor

I am fairly new and had a question on a GFO reactor I purchased from Purely H20.

Does the valve to adjust flow go between the Maxijet and and the inlet or does it connect to the outlet. I believe the valve connects to the inlet but just not 100 percent sure.

Also how much GFO do I add?

the valve goes on the input side.
