Rio Polario Replacement Prop?

Does anyone know where to get a replacement propeller for the rio polario 22ml? I contacted taam by email but am yet to get a reply. Also anyone know if the white rod is suppose to connect to the prop or move freely within the prop and pump housing?

The prop and magnet move freely on the white rod.

Weird, it seems like mine just moves out of where it should be over time, and then rattles like death is about to come over it.
