have a 40 breeder which i want to use to grow out corals and colonies. looking into buying this:

250W Metal Halide 14,000K

anyone have any thoughts on this product or have any suggestions on what kind of metal halide i should get. Any suggestions are appreciated

I have a Lumenbright Mini Wide Pendant over my 40 breeder. It's an excellent reflector and the wide version of it will provide for a better spread than the regular version for that size tank. It will also provide better coverage than the one you posted and also more par. If you combine this with a Galaxy ballast and a Radium bulb that would be a great setup in my opinion.

that looks like a great idea and not a bad price totaling around $350. Thanks for input. Definitely gonna look into that.
