What do you wish?

After a move across the county, I am finally settling down and planning a tank. I am hoping to learn from other's fortunes and misfortunes.

We all have things that we wish we had, but what I would like to know is what do you wish you did NOT have; or what do you wish you had NOT done. Or, what did you not do that you wish you had?

Things I wish I hadn't done:

1. Use a tank that wasn't drilled.

2. Bought an Undulate Trigger.

3. Didn't QT.

4. Use pre-owned equipment, with the exception of a tank, stand or lighting.

5. Tried to maintain a tank under 75 Gallons.

6. Tried to maintain 6 tanks at once.

7. Let my kids get near the tank with a loaded bottle of Lysol.

8. Got into this hobby in the first place.
