I personally believe the additional will not hurt. Some coral need lots more light than others so probably be a good idea.
cuz i dont want like huge algae bloom, is 4x24 okay for a 20G??

If you go by the old theory of 4 + watts per gallon to keep corals you will be close to 5 so I think you will be fine.

The better question would be 4 x 24 or 6 x 24.

Get the 4x24, that's about 5watt per gallon. The 6x24 will be too much light in my opinon, that will be about 7watts per gallon.
Thanks for all the replies,funkejj,prjct92eh2,jdyer88,thegrun,duncantse!!!!!!! appreciated!!

I recommend 2x daylight 2x actinc or 3x daylight 1x actinic
10000k help corals grow more and actinic helps grow coraline.
