anyone have any experience with this ro/di system? i recently bought the 90gpd sytem. i only get waste water out of it. the flow is within the 40-75 psi. ive tried the trouble shooting. its not the prefilters (ive run it without any) and still no clean water. ive adjusted the flow restrictor and nothing. i contacted customer service but unfortunately they are not open until monday and im hoping to get this figured out before then.

My first thought is that it is not connected properly. If it is, then it will be a manufacturing problem. If it were me, I'd retrace the lines with the directions and make sure all lines and valves are where the directions show they should be. Mine worked fine, good luck.

I have one. As long as you have the black hose hooked up to your water, and your pressure is above 60 psi on the pressure gauge it comes with you should produce water. You said the flow is in the 40-70psi range. if you meant the pressure gauge is reading 40 psi it won't work and you would need a booster pump to get the pressure above 60. Otherwise I second the manufacturing problem. when you do get it working make sure the flow restrictor is making a minimum of 4 gallons of waste per clean or you wreck the membrane. good luck.

thanx for the replies. i have a booster pump and am getting about 65 psi, no clean water. ive checked the connections up to the ro/di membrane, no luck so far. im getting to the point where im leaning to manufacturing error as well. it came pre-assembled so at least i know i didnt break it putting it together:P

ok the problem is in the ro membrane part. if i connect the water after it water flows fine but if i connect it right before no water flow.
