Flex Hose

I'd like to use a flexible hose to plumb my overflow(1 1/2") to the sump. The problem is the only hose I can find is 1 1/2" ID & the pipe is like 1 7/8" OD.
What do people use to plumb their sump with flex hose? I hate to bush it down too much.

I use Spa-flex, uses the same fittings as for rigid PVC

I used some flexible hose. What I did was have a little bit of pvc run from the overflow and then use a pvc to hose barb connection and attached the hose that way with a hose clamp. Works great.
