J Tube with nipple?

I am seeking a J tube for my overflow that has a nipple attached to start the siphon. I cant seem to find this locally.

I'm sure I''ll be corrected if necessary, but I think Tunze are the only ones I've seen offer a product (http://www.tunze.com/details.html?&L=1&C=US&user_tunzeprod_pi1[prodid]=1001.740) like that. There're several other related fittings available if you want to customize.
