Will a 24" 2 T-5 bulb fixture be enough light for a standard 10 gallon tank housing mushrooms, zoos, and LPS? Tank is 20X10X12

I'm running 2x39 watt on a 20 long, same 12" height. Things seem to be doing fine, frogspawn and zoas.

They will be fine. but if you start going into SPS, the you'll need more lighting.
