Can the vortech mp10w es be controlled by the reef keeper lite or rke. Also with the wireless model. Do I need 2 complete vortechs or can I use 1 wireless driver and just buy another dryside and wetside.

Thanks

No, Digital Aquatics has not yet developed a wireless control interface for the VorTechs. Neptune Apex and GHL Profilux both have modules available.

You need two complete VorTechs.

Now with the other controllers you mentioned would I need the wireless model or would the regular mp10es be good enough

You would need the wireless model if you want multiple pumps to communicate. If you are just getting one pump then a non-wireless may be the best value.

I have the MP10 ES and I just purchased an MP10 w ES. Will they communicate or do I need to upgrade to wireless my first MP10?

Just buy the wireless upgrade chip from EcoTech - $52ish shipped. Install it yourself.

Correct, you will need to purchase the RF module from our parts store. www.ecotechmarine.com/parts-store

I should add that I just installed the module last night and it was super simple - only took a few minutes at most.

Thanks, I just ordered the chip upgrade. I think I saw a video on utube on how to install the chip. In my 30 gal long some of my corals are growing to one side because of the current from one side. I'm hoping this will fix the problem.
