I'm starting to raise them and was wondering how beneficial are they to a reef tank. Fish, coral, and inverts? Thanks

hello, i have a refug. loaded with pods, rotifers, stars, worms, micro snails etc, in my main tank the same. the copperband and the wrasse are always picking. how can it not be good for them (a continuous live food source) in a indirect way it may be good for coral too. happy fish make happy coral. i dump rotifers, copepods and phytoplankton into my refug.
